Experience

 
  • Nine years of communications experience: writing, editing, social media management, email marketing, direct mail campaigns, blogging, SEO strategy. Seven years of administrative experience: project support, contract preparation, calendar management, organization, general operations. Five years of experience supporting wellness, food, and wine brands. Four years of editorial experience: copyediting, proofreading, line editing, ghostwriting.   • Oversee editorial planning, content development, and production for a print magazine published by Chorus America. Collaborate with writers, designers, and organizational stakeholders to shape feature articles, columns, and special sections. Manage layout, copyediting, and photo sourcing, ensuring editorial consistency, visual clarity, and on-time delivery. Lead the integration of audience-focused content strategies to support the organization’s mission and engage a nationwide choral community.

  • Provide freelance marketing & editorial support (copyediting, proofreading, email marketing, ghostwriting, and social media management) for clients. Create and edit content to support the marketing efforts of small businesses, entrepreneurs, and lifestyle brands. Manage Pinterest accounts with an average of 2 million monthly views.   • Led storytelling efforts to bridge the gap between clients and donors. Created and distributed donor communications materials for fundraising purposes, including letters, social media campaigns, and emails.
